Troubleshooting & Repairing

Procedure for On-Site Service:
1. Customer Enquiry: We collect detailed information about your machine problem, including photos or videos where possible, to ensure accurate diagnostics.
2. Initial Assessment: Our technical team arranges a site visit within five working days to inspect and evaluate the machine.
3. On-Site Inspection: During the visit, our technicians perform a thorough examination of the machine. If the issue is significant, detailed documentation, including photographs, is collected.
4. Internal Review: Findings are discussed with our Technical Manager, and a service report is generated for both office and customer records.
5. Spare Part Procurement: Once the issue is confirmed, we order the necessary spare parts. Repairs are completed within five working days of part arrival.
